We have changed the design of the rear bearing for the VX20W wagon vise. The old style rear bearing used the front bearing from the VX20 vise mounted to a sturdy angle bracket. While the old designed worked well the new design has a few advantages. It is similar to an industrial style pillow block bearing and is made in one piece out of solid Delrin. It takes up less space than the old style angle bracket and is a little bit stiffer. Even though the cost of this bearing is higher than the angle bracket style we have kept the cost of the wagon vise the same. The photo below shows the new bearing installed.
